Here’s how it works:

- You’ll receive a digital sew-out or print-out for approval.
- After approval, we create a pre-production sample and share photos for your final sign-off.
- Sample creation takes 1–3 business days, depending on our queue.
- If you want the sample shipped to you, shipping fees apply (non-refundable).

Once you approve the sample:

- We begin mass production immediately.
- Our merchandisers and production team guide you through every step — from design to delivery.
- You’re guaranteed on-time delivery and the quality you approved.
