✅ Order Confirmation & Sample Process

We provide free samples before production — so you know exactly what you’re getting.

How it works:

Our merchandisers and production team guide you from design to delivery.
You receive a digital layout -> semi-product sew out/print-out for approval firstly. Then, we finish the pre-production sample and send photos for final confirmation.

Sample production takes 1–3 business days, depending on our schedule.

📦 If you require the physical sample to be shipped, shipping fees apply (non-refundable).

🚀 Mass Production & Final Approval

Once your sample is approved:

Mass production begins immediately.

You receive the exact quality you approved — delivered on time.

Strict in-house QA inspections at every production stage

📌 Important Policies
1️⃣ Intellectual Property Responsibility

By ordering custom merchandise with logos, names, slogans, designs, or labels, you confirm that you own the rights or have authorization from the trademark holder(s). You accept full legal responsibility for their use.

If customs determine goods to be counterfeit or abandons them, the buyer remains fully liable for the merchandise and any related costs.

2️⃣ Delivery & Customs

Delivery times are estimates based on standard UPS/FedEx transit and normal customs clearance. We are not responsible for customs delays or inspections.

3️⃣ Overruns / Underruns

Please allow for a variance of ±3% in final delivered quantities.

4️⃣ Order Accuracy

Before submitting your order, ensure all designs, names, slogans, web addresses, and specifications are correct and complete. Orders are processed exactly as received.

5️⃣ Returns & Defects

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in cases of confirmed production errors or workmanship defects.

6️⃣ Cancellations & Changes

Cancelled orders are subject to 100% of the total order value.

Changes may be possible depending on production stage, with fees up to 50% of the order value.
