CONFIRMATION ORDER & SCHEDULE PRODUCTION: 
A sample for your approval.
We never go to production without our customers having a sample
A sew-out / print-out are always showed for your approval quickly. Then, we make and show the photo of pre-production sample for your approval
Samples production takes 1-3days depending on the queue in the sample room.
If a physical sample is requested to ship to you, the freight to get sample will be billed and not credited.

GET FINAL APPROVAL for mass production
Upon sample approval , our manufacture power house will immediately start production to ensure the fastest possible turn-around of each order you placed.
Along with our capable production teams, our merchandizer are always available to assist you through each step of design, production, decoration and delivery process.
You are guaranteed that product you ordered will come in time at the quality you approved.
QC & PACKAGING: Follow up each step of order carefully
Clean and efficient manufacturing approved and test. Quality you approved.
Custom packing specifications is acceptable. We may charge extra for special packaging.
Our productions, designs, QA team in-house are conducting from in-line to final inspection of every single shipment before it leaves the factory .
SHIPPING TIME : Most of orders are shipped within 2-3weeks after your final approval.
We can make RUSH an order for you, please always let us know in advance.
SHIPMENT: Upon request, we can provide a shipping quote for you before you place your order. Shipping & Handling is dependent on the shipping address, the weight of the package, and the best method of shipping.
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local customs office. Please keep this in mind when ordering merchandise to be delivered.
You may, of course, also request that your order be shipped via an alternate method.
PAYMENTS:
1.   Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight or.
2.   TT 40% deposit on order upon confirmation and balance against notice of finished production.
3.   Banker.
4.   For small order or your initial order(s), cash or T/T for full amount in advance.
5.   Special arrangements can be made with regular customers.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1.   Before placing your order, please make sure your personalized order is complete and without errors.
2.   Once an order has been placed, it can not be returned except for our errors or defects in workmanship.
3.   Customer agrees to pay 100% of total order value in case of cancellation.
4.   Depending on order processing stage, changes in order can be accommodated but can be subject to 50% of order value.
