1. Intellectual Property Responsibility

By ordering merchandise with logos, names, slogans, designs, or labels, you confirm that you either own the rights or have proper authorization from the trademark holder(s) to use them. You accept full legal responsibility for their use. If customs deems the goods counterfeit or abandons them, you remain liable for the merchandise and any associated costs.

2. Delivery & Customs

Delivery times are estimated based on standard UPS /FedEx transit and normal customs clearance. We are not responsible for customs delays or inspections, though such cases are rare.

3. Overruns/Underruns

Please allow for up to ±3% variance in final delivered quantities.

4. Order Accuracy

Before submitting your order, ensure that all details (designs, names, slogans, web addresses, and specifications) are correct and complete. All orders are processed as received, and we cannot be held responsible for errors in submitted materials.

5. Returns & Defects

All sales are final. Orders cannot be returned once placed, except in cases of our errors or defects in workmanship.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• • Cancelled orders are subject to 100% of the total order value.
  • Changes may be possible depending on the production stage, but may incur charges up to 50% of the total order value.
